- Completed diploma or master's degree in the field of computer science, robotics, mathematics, business informatics or a comparable degree
- Doctorate or comparable proof of ability to conduct scientific work
- Excellent pedagogical and didactic skills
- Professional experience in the field is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of English
