This three-day, part-time seminar provides a customized learning experience for family businesses facing the challenges of succession planning, leadership, and future-proofing. Created by Dr. Bernhard Baumgartner, a world-renowned family business expert, the course is designed to provide practical insights and equip family businesses for long-term success and sustainable growth.
