Practical transfer: P&O transformation project (1 day)

Didactic Concept

The course is characterized by intensive and personal support throughout its duration. Participants are in close contact with the scientific management and, through group work, also with the other participants. The use of a blended learning model – i.e., a virtual seminar room and compact in-person units – ensures that the university course can be easily combined with a professional career.

Prerequisites

  • Completed university entrance qualification or completed Matura/completed Abitur
  • At least three years of professional experience in the fields of consulting, management, human resource management, etc.

Certificate

  • Proof of performance: Examinations for each module; university certificate for successful completion of the program, proof of 16 ECTS credits.
