The modern world of work demands not only a solid foundation in management but also a deep understanding of the psychological factors that shape the behavior of employees, teams, and organizations. Over four semesters, we offer a recognized MBA degree with a focus on business psychology.

IN-DEPTH STUDY THROUGH CASE STUDIES AND PROJECT WORK
In selected modules - and especially from the third semester onward - the program deepens the application of general theoretical concepts within the industry. Case studies from your own company and project work further reinforce this advanced learning. The master’s thesis ultimately offers participants the opportunity to explore a specific topic in business psychology in depth, integrating both economic and psychological perspectives.

Prerequisites
- University degree (at least 180 ECTS) and at least one year of subject-specific professional experience
- In exceptional cases, there is a possibility of admission for persons without a first university degree, in which at least three years of relevant professional experience can be recognized as equivalent.
