• Expansion and specifics of national valuation procedures • Expansion and specifics of real estate valuation according to different types of property • Valuation of rights and encumbrances • International valuation procedures • Non-standardized procedures (e.g. Hedonic Pricing, Monte Carlo simulation in valuation etc.)
