INVITATION
Have you written an outstanding thesis that tackles a complex issue in the field of banking and finance?
Then take your chance and participate in the Banking Award.
In cooperation with the Kufstein University of Applied Sciences, Sparkasse Kufstein is once again offering the Banking Award. The prize is aimed at students of the FH Kufstein who have written their Bachelor's or Master's thesis in the field of Banking & Finance.
TENDER
Only bachelor's and master's theses that have been submitted for review in the last calendar year (beginning with September 30, 2021) by September 30, 2022 at the latest and have been graded “very good” or “good” will be considered.

Award ceremony
The official presentation of the certificates of participation and cash prizes to the winners will take place in November 2022. The exact date will be announced separately.
Possible topics
- Recent developments in banking, including marketing, customer communication, human resource management, sales and digitalization
- Financing of SMEs, including the advance of modern financing instruments
- (Credit) risk management for banks and companies
- Money and capital markets (instruments) incl. commodities and currencies
- Management Accounting bei KMU
- Family businesses (e.g. company succession, digitalization,
internationalization, etc.)
Other topics are possible, provided that a link to banking and finance can be established. The jury will decide whether the question is suitable.
The Jury
All submitted work is reviewed by a panel of experts and evaluated according to a standardized framework. The jury consists of four members from the FH Kufstein Tirol and the Kufstein branch of the Sparkasse. Participants will then be informed of the results.
