PROFILE OF THE COURSE
This 6-day course focuses on professional sales skills and soft skills as well as a targeted focus on the evolving mobility landscape. Experts from science and practice not only teach the basics for successful customer contact and sales, but also take into account the dynamic changes in the mobility industry.
Participants thus gain a solid basic understanding of the processes in the automotive sector and are specifically prepared for the challenges and opportunities in the mobility industry. In addition to basic skills for direct customer contact, topics such as modern mobility concepts, electromobility, autonomous driving and their impact on the sales process are also covered.
In addition to the content already mentioned, specific aspects of the automotive and mobility industry are emphasized, including the integration of customer relationship management (CRM) systems in the context of changing mobility requirements. Time management, marketing strategies and digital customer contact are explained not only in the general sales environment, but also in the specific context of the mobility industry, and deepened through practical exercises.
