• Recognize correlations in the valuation procedures and the different types of property
• Understand the systematics of real estate valuation
• Describe and apply national assessment procedures

Fundamentals of the Real Estate Industry (GIM)
Course content
• Fundamentals of property valuation
• Procedure and influencing factors of standardized valuation methods (comparative value method, material value method, capitalized earnings value method, DCF method, residual value method)
• Introduction to valuation of rights and encumbrances
