The participants: • know the basics of leadership in an agile context • know new organizational roles and digital leadership competencies • can reflect on their leadership style and adapt it to the requirements of digitalization • can manage change processes with agile methods as a leader • know the challenges of agile transformation and can transfer them to their organization • are able to lead in an emotionally intelligent and situational way in the VUCA world • understand the importance of emotional intelligence in leadership and can apply its elements in their leadership style • know the benefits and challenges of using AI in leadership development and can develop strategies for effective implementation
