The following skills are developed in the course:
- Students are familiar with basic concepts and methods from the subject areas of Systematic Innovative Thinking, Systemic Management and Innovation Management.
- Students are able to apply specific creative techniques to generate innovations.

The following content is discussed in the course:
- Developing a holistic understanding of the subject areas (systemic management)
-Methods for generating innovative ideas (e.g. Systematic Inventive Thinking, Design Thinking)
- Project structures and management methods for the practical implementation of innovations (e.g. change manage-ment, conflict management)
- IT-supported project documentation
