The students are able to: • expand and apply financial knowledge, especially in the field of investment alternatives and portfolio theory. • prepare their own asset class analyses. • test personal investment decisions on the computer via virtual platforms. • strengthen their analytical skills.

Course content

• The focus of this course is to acquire and expand knowledge of available investment alternatives and modern portfolio theory. • Different asset classes are analyzed and personal investment decisions are made based on the risk-return profiles and personal preferences.
