Learning outcomes of the courses/module
Students are familiar with basic knowledge area related to the Austrian event law:
- Legal terminology
- Types of events and their legal implications
- Legal sources and interpretation
- Liability regulation and insurances
- Drafting contracts
- Foundations of employment & labor law
- Tax law
- Regulatory approvals
Students recognize the implications of legal risks and subsume facts by drawing from legal sources. Furthermore, they gain knowledge of different legislation, e.g. Corporate Reorganization Act, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and distinguish their fields of application.
