The practical project group of Bachelor's and Master's students developed innovative ideas for Innotec.

In cooperation with Innotec, one of the leading providers of chemical-technical technology solutions, the project participants gained valuable experience in marketing and sales.

Eight students from the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol from the Digital Marketing and Marketing and Communication Management degree programs worked on a cooperation project for Innotec Austria over a period of five months. The aim was to enable an efficient transition to Sales 4.0 and to further expand the communication strategies on social media channels. As part of the project, customer interviews were also conducted, which provided the students with practical insights.

Innotec Austria, one of the leading providers of innovative, chemical-technical technology solutions, commissioned the Kufstein University with the Hybrid Sales practical project in summer 2022. The collaboration focused on the area of hybrid sales, in which Innotec contributed its expertise in the combination of online and offline sales strategies. The students at Kufstein University contributed their specialist knowledge from their practical degree program and researched the latest trends and developments.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ACTION FOR DIGITAL PROCESS OPTIMIZATION

The students then aimed to provide concrete recommendations for digital process optimization and strengthening the employer brand in order to meet the expectations of the future. “We are delighted to have entered into this partnership with Kufstein University. By combining our experience in marketing and sales with the know-how of the students at the University of Applied Sciences, we were able to give the project participants a comprehensive insight into the areas of marketing and hybrid sales and support them in the implementation of the project,” says Jörg P. Reitmaier, Head of Marketing at Innotec Austria.

The cooperation helped to give the students the opportunity to apply their knowledge in a real company environment and thus improve their career opportunities. Innotec and the Kufstein University can look back on a successful collaboration as part of the practical project.
