- You independently handle the monthly payroll processing, managing both employee master data and electronically recorded working hours.
- As the primary contact for employees regarding payroll matters, you also assist in preparing employment contracts, reference letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Your role includes supporting recruitment and selection processes, as well as organizing and conducting onboarding programs.
- Additionally, you contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects.

- You have a solid education in payroll accounting.
- In addition, you have excellent knowledge of tax, social security and contribution regulations.
- You have relevant professional experience and are familiar with dealing with the Austrian Health Insurance Fund (ÖGK), tax authorities and other public institutions.
- You are also familiar with HR processes and reporting.
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office products and payroll software, ideally Sage DPW.
- You are also highly organized, communicative and able to work well with colleagues. Assertiveness and resilience are among your strengths.
