We store the contact data that we receive from you: Name, e-mail, telephone number, company, function and postal address until your cancellation.

We also collect the date of birth and national insurance number of prospective students for the purpose of counselling and implementing pre-contractual measures. If you do not register for a degree program, these data records will be deleted after two years at the latest.

If you apply for a study place, you will also need, for example, certificate data and an identification document, which are required to check the admission requirements or fulfilment of the contract. Once you have successfully completed the online application, you will receive a detailed list of the personal data you have provided us with. During the course of your studies, you can view and update the data we have collected in our internal study portal at any time. Your data will be stored in accordance with legal requirements.

FH Kufstein Tirol Bildungs GmbH and FH Kufstein Tirol International Business School GmbH use your personal data to send you information material by post and e-mail and for internal market research and marketing purposes.

The FH Kufstein Tirol only processes the data you provide in your application. Your data will only be treated internally and with the utmost discretion. If your application is successful, the data collected will be transferred to the personnel administration of the FH Kufstein Tirol. If your application does not result in an employment relationship, your data will be deleted after six months.

We use your contact details exclusively to inform you about topics of interest to you, in particular degree programs and courses, registration dates and deadlines, campus news (in the form of newsletters) and higher education institution initiatives such as specialist congresses and events.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent or legal obligation. We appreciate the trust you place in us and take the utmost care to protect your personal data. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the statutory provisions (Austrian Data Protection Adaptation Act 2018 - DSGVO; Telecommunications Act TKG 2003) on the basis of your consent or the necessity to fulfil the contract. All data is stored in the IT infrastructure of the higher education institution, which is operated with a high security standard to protect against access by third parties and misuse.
