Profile Of The Course
Our certification course offers comprehensive training in People & Organizational Management. You will gain in-depth knowledge in areas such as talent management, organizational development, leadership development, and New Work. By combining theoretical foundations with practical tools, you will be equipped to optimize your HR processes and motivate your employees.
Each course day includes a mix of expert input and immediate deep dives through individual and group exercises. At the end of the course, you will receive a recognized certificate that confirms your acquired competencies.

Program
Didactic Concept
The course is characterized by intensive and personal support throughout its duration. Participants are in close contact with the scientific management and, through group work, also with the other participants. The use of a blended learning model – i.e., a virtual seminar room and compact in-person units – ensures that the university course can be easily combined with a professional career.
Prerequisites
- Completed university entrance qualification or completed Matura/completed Abitur
- At least three years of professional experience in the fields of consulting, management, human resource management, etc.
Certificate
- Proof of performance: Examinations for each module; university certificate for successful completion of the program, proof of 26 ECTS credits.
