Learning outcomes of the courses/module

The students
• are familiar with the historical and modern developments in work and organizational psychology, including various perspectives on human nature and the evolution of modern work environments such as Industry 4.0 and agility.
• understand classical and contemporary organizational theories as well as the dynamics of organizational structures, networks, cultures, and climates.
• can apply theories and practices for managing organizational change, including • understanding episodic and continuous changes, field theory, as well as the importance of participation and communication in change processes.
• analyze and evaluate work processes and their influence on individual and team performance, understand the role of socio-digital systems, health management, and occupational safety.
• develop skills in agile project management, including the basics of Scrum and Kanban, and can implement effective time management and stress coping strategies in projects.
