Learning outcomes of the courses/module
Participants apply what they have learned in the first two semesters to their own company and demonstrate their project management and problem-solving skills.
Participants:
• are able to analyze and solve complex problems in their own professional environment in an interdisciplinary manner
• can independently carry out a project from planning to implementation
• can apply theoretical knowledge in practice and integrate it into their own business practice
• acquire skills in presenting and documenting project results
• intensify their social and communication skills through collaboration with various departments and stakeholders in the company
• develop a strategic understanding of effective project management and business processes
• learn to handle uncertainties and adapt to changes throughout the project lifecycle
• strengthen leadership skills through independent decision-making and project responsibility
