Learning outcomes of the courses/module
The participants
- know the basic concepts and theories of personality and leadership psychology.
- are able to analyse and discuss basic research streams in differential, personality and leadership psychology.
- can identify and interpret the different areas of personality psychology (consciousness/subconsciousness, self-esteem, transactional analysis, social competence, soft skills, behavioural change, personality analysis).
- understand leadership processes with leadership goals, leaders, leadership styles, leadership success and leadership competences in leadership development.
- are able to recognise key personality disorders and behavioural abnormalities.
- can reflect on different theoretical approaches to describing, explaining and changing human personality.
- are familiar with theories and methods for influencing people by managers in a goal- or situation-related way in order to achieve joint success.
