Participants
- are familiar with trends and developments in work and organisational psychology
- analyse the various images of people and evaluate their implications for modern working environments, including Industry 4.0, platform economies, agility and artificial intelligence.
- understand trends based on classical and newer organisational theories, analyse the dynamics of organisational structures, networks, cultures and climates and draw interdisciplinary connections, e.g. to sociology and economics.
- are able to apply advanced theories and practices to manage organisational change, including the analysis of complex change processes such as digital transformation and sustainability as well as critical reflection on approaches such as transformational leadership.
- analyse and evaluate work processes and their impact on individual and team performance, understand the role of socio-digital systems, health management and occupational safety.
