Learning outcomes of the courses/module
The participants:
• know the basics and specifics of NPO management and are able to make a synthesis with for-profit organizations:
• NPO Marketing
• forms of financing of NPOs
• Intercultural aspects and leadership in NPOs
• know the models of Corporate Social Responsibility (ethics) and are able to transfer them reflectively to their own organization
• are able to design effective recruitment strategies that appeal to different target groups and motivate active participation
• understand the principles and applications of AI in fundraising campaigns and can use AI-supported tools to optimize fundraising strategies

• Comparative analysis of specifics in organizational structures and leadership processes in the NPO sector (e.g. NPO marketing, leadership style, intercultural aspects, ethics-based management)
• Specifics of strategy development, planning and implementation in NPOs
• Volunteer management and engagement promotion
• AI-supported optimization of fundraising campaigns
• Business ethics, corporate social responsibility and corporate governance
