Learning outcomes of the courses/module
The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge of innovations management and the role of innovation manager. The course will introduce students to various ways of designing innovation concepts and equip students with the ability to understand different scientific approaches to manage the innovation process. The course has been developed to achieve 4 objectives:
1. Expose students to the situations and challenges frequently encountered by innovations managers.
2. Teach students the concepts and analytical and creative techniques commonly used by innovation managers.
3. Develop conceptual, analytical, and decision-making skills in innovations management.
4. Make first experiences creating their own innovation project.
