Learning outcomes of the courses/module
The aim of this course is to provide the students with knowledge of R&D management and the role of a R&D- manager. The course will introduce students to various ways of managing R&D projectsts and equip students with the ability to understand different scientific approaches to manage the R&D process. The course has been developed to achieve three objectives:
1. Expose students to the situations and challenges frequently encountered by R&D managers.
2. Teach students the concepts and analytical and creative techniques commonly used by R&D managers.
3. Develop conceptual, analytical, and decision-making skills in R&D management.
