- Stefan Bruckbauer has been Chief Economist at UniCredit Bank Austria and Head of the Economics & Market Analysis Austria department since 2009.
His work focuses on the Austrian economy, the financial market and the EU, the euro and the banking market in Austria and the EU. Stefan Bruckbauer is an expert at the Austrian Fiscal Council and has published a large number of articles on, among other things, the Austrian economy.
Most recently, in April 2021, he published the analysis “Inflationgefahr ante portas?” together with W. Pudschedl, R. Schwarz and G. Wolf.
