INVITATION
Maximizing efficiency potential: AI-supported processes in ERP systems
This is the topic that is driving us in the 22nd Process and Quality Management Dialogue (PQM), and we warmly invite you to join us for an exchange of experiences among experts.
Initiated by the degree program ERP Systems & Business Process Management, students and representatives of regional companies discuss current topics in process and quality management with the speakers.
We look forward to your participation and interesting discussions.
Agenda
Generative AI like ChatGPT or Copilot is on everyone's lips and is accompanying users and ERP manufacturers, whether it's AI managers at the top management level, the insourcing of AI start-ups, ethics handbooks for the right way to use it, or of course, a whole host of new functionalities in the software.
PRIORITIES:
- How will AI change the way we work with ERP systems? What does AI mean for the profession of ERP consultants?
- Which AI/ML functionalities are currently already implemented in the standard ERP systems? What is still being outsourced to peripheral systems? How is AI currently already being used in predictive analytics, error detection or routine tasks?
- What AI support can we expect to see in ERP systems in the future, and how quickly will it be implemented?
