A selection of the factors that are to be regarded as decisively trend-setting in terms of opportunities and risks in this context were defined in the presentation.

CASE STUDY: SUCCESSFUL REDESIGN OF THE ERGONOMIC OFFICE CHAIR IN CORONA TIMES - CROSS-BORDER OVERVIEW OF THE LAW

With the help of a real case study, Magdalena Nitsche, supported by moderator Eva Ringelspacher, discussed the judicial reorganization of a German company during the Corona pandemic. They provided insights into pandemic-related difficulties for companies and the sometimes necessary adaptations of corporate strategy and business orientation for commercial enterprises. In addition, they compared the judicial reorganization options in Germany and Austria and discussed the advantages and disadvantages as well as the prerequisites for success of the respective procedures in practice with the participating guests.
