ERP systems are at the heart of modern businesses. In the new ERP podcast ERP Inside, experts discuss the potential, digital transformation, challenges, and innovations that are shaping the future of the business world.
In the new podcast from the ERP competence center, ERP Inside, hosts and alumni Benedikt Paasch and Lisa Flixeder talk to experts from the industry about current topics, developments, and challenges relating to ERP systems. The first episode of the podcast was released on 25 April 2025 on Podigee and Spotify, and a new episode will be released every two weeks from now.
In the first episode, Prof. (FH) DI Dr. Martin Adam, Director of Studies for the Master's program in ERP Systems & Business Process Management at the FH Kufstein Tirol, talks about why ERP systems are the digital backbone of modern companies and what skills future ERP experts should have.
In addition to Prof. (FH) DI Dr. Martin Adam, the first season will also feature Dr. Nico Deistler, Senior Manager at KPMG and Endowed Professor at the FH Kufstein Tirol, Manuel Keilich, alumnus of the FH Kufstein Tirol and Program Manager for IT Transformation, as well as Anna Ludwig and Philipp Franke, students of the part-time master's degree program in ERP and Business Process Management.

In the podcast, the hosts and guests discuss how companies benefit from ERP systems, how artificial intelligence and cloud technologies can be integrated effectively, and which best practices have proven themselves in practice. “We are delighted to contribute to the ERP Competence Center with our podcast and to share and discuss our enthusiasm for ERP systems with industry experts,” say Lisa Flixeder and Benedikt Paasch.
2nd season scheduled
The second season of the podcast is already in the works and will feature external specialists from the field of IT consulting. “It's great to see how the ERP Competence Center continues to grow. With the podcast, we now have a new medium for sharing our expertise as a competence center with interested parties,” says Prof. (FH) DI Dr. Martin Adam, Director of Studies for the Master's program in ERP Systems & Business Process Management at the FH Kufstein Tirol.
