• Analyze core processes in the development area and assess their status.
• Define goals using suitable key figures and follow them up using methods and tools (QM approaches).
• Derive measures against the background of networking core processes and interpret their effects.

• Levels of development management (strategic, tactical, operational)
• Management of the development area with qualitative and quantitative approaches (Lean Engineering, Model Based System Engineering). QM etc.)
