  • Mag. Daniela Kapelari-Langebner has been Managing Director of Sales, Marketing and Human Resources at Ölz Meisterbäcker in Dornbirn since 2005. Since 2021, she has also held the position of President of the Board of Directors of ÖLZ Frischbackwaren AG Switzerland. In addition, she is a member of the board of the Austrian Branded Goods Association and a member of the supervisory boards of Haberkorn GmbH and Handl Tyrol GmbH.

Barbara Siebenförcher

    Siebenförcher GmbH – srl, Gargazon (IT)
  • Barbara Siebenförcher is co-owner and managing director of the family-owned butcher shop Siebenförcher in Meran, South Tyrol, which she runs together with her brothers Thomas and Florian. Since 2006, the third generation has been managing the traditional company, with Barbara being responsible for the areas of organization and administration. Under her leadership, the company has developed into a modern business that stands for quality and traditional craftsmanship.

Werner Kusstatscher

  • CEO Managing Director
    Beton Eisack GmbH/Srl., Klausen (IT)
  • The CEO Managing Director of Beton Eisack, based in Klausen, has been responsible for the concrete sector for over 25 years. He is also President of the South Tyrolean Concrete Association CONCRETE, President of the ISB building materials testing laboratory in Vahrn and Vice President of the IBI-Euregio Competence Center in Vahrn. With his many years of experience, he is a central figure in the South Tyrolean building materials industry.

Reinhold M. Karner

  • Mentor, lecturer and author
    Condor Corporation GmbH, Oberau (AT)
  • The mentor supports entrepreneurs, founders and start-ups in building sustainable success by focusing on value orientation instead of short-term profit maximization. As an experienced lecturer and bestselling author of the book “Wahre Werte statt schnelles Geld” (True Values Instead of Fast Money), he imparts practical knowledge. He is also on the advisory board of the renowned Harvard Business Review (Boston, USA) and is involved as an ambassador and life fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (London). In his role as a supervisory board member and chairman, he contributes strategic expertise to executive and management bodies.
