Ing. Hannes Auer
Gründer und CEO 3CON Technologies
Ing. Hannes Auer, born in Wörgl, graduated from HTL Jenbach in 1992 with a degree in mechanical engineering. He started his career as a freelance designer specializing in 3D modeling and simulation in the automotive industry.
After six years of successfully consulting for leading automotive suppliers (Tier-1), he founded the special-purpose machinery company 3CON in 1998. Starting with just a handful of employees in Oberaudorf, he relocated the headquarters to Ebbs in 2001. Over the years, 3CON expanded with production sites in the United States (2014), China (2016), and Mexico (2016).
Today, the family-run global player has over 800 employees worldwide and is one of the leading providers of highly innovative, high-efficiency manufacturing solutions for the automotive, pharmaceutical, and medical industries.
