The part-time General Management MBA offers four semesters of cutting-edge management knowledge with a unique focus on business psychology. In today's dynamic work environment, solid management expertise must be complemented by a deep understanding of the psychological factors that influence employee, team, and organizational behavior. That is why the General Management MBA includes a special concentration in business psychology.

IN-DEPTH STUDY THROUGH CASE STUDIES AND PROJECT WORK

In selected modules, and especially from the third semester onward, the application of general theoretical concepts within the industry is explored in greater depth. Case studies from participants’ own companies and project work further enhance this focus. Finally, the master’s thesis offers participants the opportunity to conduct an in-depth study on a specific topic in business psychology.

The continuous personal support throughout the entire General Management MBA is unique. Participants can also contact their personal academic advisor in the evenings and at weekends.

Using a blended learning model - i.e. combining online units for self-study and compact classroom units - ensures that the course is compatible with work and family life.

Target Group

This program provides customized training for:

  • Practitioners from all industries who want to further their education in the context of a scientifically sound, but also application-oriented program for management tasks.

Prerequisites

  • University degree (at least 180 ECTS) and at least one year of subject-specific professional experience
  • In exceptional cases, there is a possibility of admission for persons without a first university degree, in which at least three years of relevant professional experience can be recognized as equivalent.
